We never share the contents of your resume — your work history, education, contact details, or uploaded files — with advertisers, and we never use resume content for ad targeting. Advertising is not shown inside the resume builder or on any signed-in page.

Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
Neon — encrypted database storage for saved resumes.
Clerk — account creation and authentication.
Google Gemini / OpenRouter — AI writing assistance. Text you submit for AI rewriting is sent to these providers to generate a response.
Google Analytics 4 — anonymised usage measurement.
Google AdSense — advertising on content pages.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Zumeo does not sell personal information for money. To exercise any of these rights, email us using the address below and we will respond within the period required by law.

Children's Privacy

Zumeo is intended for job seekers aged 16 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

Resumes you create without an account are stored in your own browser and never reach our servers unless you choose to save them. Saved resumes are retained until you delete them or close your account. Support emails are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where required by law we will seek your consent again.
